Is it safe to order online and how do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to safeguard the online shopping consumer.

Are my details safe with you?

Yes, we value our customers and their privacy. Your details are never shared with any outside parties.

What is your exchange policy?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact, or we are unable to accept.

Do you deliver worldwide?

When will my order be sent?

All orders received prior to 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to get all NZ deliveries at their destination within 1-2 days and all International deliveries within 5-10 days.

Do you gift wrap?

We are pleased to offer a gift service at no extra charge. It’s so easy! All you need to do is select the items of your choice, and then at the checkout simply complete the message box and we shall automatically make it a gift boxed set. You will also need to make sure you enter the receivers address in the delivery address. We will wrap your pressie in tissue, pop in a cute wee box, tie with gorgeous ribbon and then hand write your message in a card and send it to the address of your choice.

Where are your garments made?

All of our garments are designed and manufactured in New Zealand.
